RETURNS FROM VIETNAM
Dr. John Eichelberger, re
turned the 22nd of June from
V ietnam where he served the
past year as a Captain with the
Medical Corps. He has joined
his family in Fayetteville, N.C.
where he was stationed for
a year prior to going to Viet
nam. On July 1 he will go to

Lodge AFM 44) and Shriner and
is a member of Calvary Bap
tist Church. He came to Clin
ton in 1943 with Royal Cleaners
and for the past 20 years has
operated his own dry cleaning
and laundry business. He also
owns Bagwell Self Service and
Laundry and Car Wash on W.
Main St.
He is married to the former
Beatrice Pearson of Laurens
and they have two daughters,
Mrs. Nancy Hornsby and Mrs.
Judy King of Clinton and a son,
David, 6.

Talmadge Sanders currently
is serving his fourth term on
City Council.
He is a graduate of Clinton
High School and attended Pres
byterian College. He is a vet
eran of World War n and is a
section man in the spining
room at the Bailey Plant of Clin
ton Mills.

Baptist Church, he is married
to the former Betty King and
they have three children, Terry,
12; Elizabeth, 9; and Keith, 6.

ceremony, held in Joanna. The
plaque was accepted by Mr.
Ferd J. Summer, manager of
Kaywood Southern Division on
behalf of the entire plant staff.
