High School presented a program
in observance of National Negro
History Week.

the fact that all the members
of the wedding party are about

registry book does not make you
a part of the bridal party, and
there is no age factor involved.
DEAR SALLY: I’m a young man
of 21 and a college junior. I used
to date steadily with one of our
coeds, but about three weeks ago
got fed up with the whole deal
and broke off with her. Ever since
then I’ve been hearing stories
about how she’s knocking me all
over the campus, broadcasting to
everyone that I’m a no-good heel.
Is there anything I can do to make
her shut her big, fat mouth?

DEAR BESMIRCHED: Why bo
ther? Inevitably, the person who
spends his time tearing down a-
nother person does far more
harm to his own popularity than
to the target of his abuse. And
after all, your real friends know
you for what you ARE, not for
what others SAJf about you.
DEAR SALLY: I’m a girl of
13 and have a sister of 15 who,
every time our parents go out,
thinks she is the boss and or
ders me around like I was a
slave. What can I do about this?

ents are preparing to go out,
reach an understanding with'
them. Ask them to lay down the,
rules, then follow those rules and'
