Water Expert To Speak Tuesday A national authority on the desalination of water will ad dress the Northwestern Caro- linas Section of the American Chemical Society at its meeting at Presbyterian College next Tuesday night. He is Dr. Murrell L. Salut- sky, research vice-president of the Dearborn Chemical Division of W. R. Grace and Company, author of eight books and holder of 28 patents on water treat ment chemicals and descaling of sea water. He has been actively engaged in research on sea wa ter since 1955, including super vision of the Washington Re search Center saline water acti vities under contract with the Of fice of Saline Water. Dr. Salutsky will speak at PC on “By-Products from the Sea” at the 8 p.m. meeting in White- law Auditorium of the Richard son Science Hall. The public is invited to attend this lecture.
