Earl Pitts, 75 feet thereon. Said lot of land is on the Northeast ptir- tion (if that certain lot of land conveyed to H. Earl Pitts by Modern Homes Construction Company by Deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Laurens County in Deed Book 160 at Page 542. TERMS OF SALE: Cash. The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff herein, im mediately upon the conclusion of the bidding, shall deposit with the Probate Court the sum of 10% of his money bid as a guarantee of his good faith in the bidding. The same to tie applied to the purchase price upon his com plying with the terms of sale, otherwise to be paid to Plain tiff for credit on the indebted ness. Mr. Fleming has been a loyal booster of the Bell St. Wildcats for many years and was honored by a group of interested citizens for his support of Bell St. athletics and other activities. Highway No. S 30-26, one mile north of Tip Top, in Jacks Township, Laurens County, State of South Carolina, being bounded as follows: on the north and northeast by lands of the United States (Tract 397); on the east by lands of International Paper Co.; on the south by lands of W. E. Dickert, and on the west by lands of International Paper Co. (Stone Tract). Said tract of land is fully shown and delineat ed on plat of survey thereof pre pared by Dan F. Collins, Rl^S, surveyed 1-7 Septemt>er, 1969, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 24, at Page 171, in the Of fice of the Clerk of Court for Laurens County. Dated this 27th day of October, 1969.
