Here’s Recipe For Stuffed Dates
1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
2/3 cup sweet condensed milk
1,4 teaspoon salt
1 1,2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 1 2 lbs. whole pitted dates
Slowly add four cups of the sugar to the milk, blending
Mix in the salt and extracts Sprinkle the remaining

1 2 cup of sugar on a board and knead the fondant until
smooth and creamy, working in the sugar. Wrap in foil
and let sit in the refrigerator for a day. Then stuff the dates
and top them with walnut halves. This will make enough
fondant to fill 7 to H dozen dates.
