commenced and is now pending in
the Court of Common Pleas for
Laurens County S.C. relating to
the title to the following de
scribed tract of land towit:
“All that certain piece, parcel,
and tract of land, containing
twenty three (23) acres, more
or less, situate, lying, and being
in Hunter Township, in Laurens
County, State of South Carolina;
being bounded by lands, now or
formerly, of S. W. Vance, Ar
thur Young, J. J. Young, and
others, and known as the Nel
son Vance Tract and being tract
of land conveyed to Larkin Su
ber by W. B. and W. E. Owens
by deed dated December 27,1897,
and recorded in Deed Book 8,
at Page 270, in the Office of the
Clerk of Court for Laurens Coun
ty. Said tract of land is the iden
tical tract of land conveyed to
Rockyfellow Suber by R. A. Babb,
Tax Collector, by his deed dated
October 30, 1944, and recorded
in Deed Book 62, at Page 190,
in the office of the ClerkofCourt
for Laurens County.”

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that an action has been com
menced and is pending in this
Court upon a Complaint of the
above named Plaintiffs against
the above named Defendants for
the purpose of ordering the sale
of the tract of land hereinafter
described and providing for the
disposition of the proceeds of the
sale. The said tract of land be
ing described as follows:
“All that piece, parcel, and lot
of land lying and being in Jacks
Township No. 6, about four miles
from the City Limits of Whit
mire, South Carolina, lying on
the North side of the Whitmire-
Clinton Highway (known as the
Calhoun Highway), and containing
three and eight-tenths (3.8)
acres, more or less, tieing known
and designated as Lot No. 3 on
a plat prepared by J. S. - J. R.
Crawford, dated August 1, 1953,
and recorded in Plat Book 9,
Page 105, in the office of the
Clerk of Court for Laurens Coun
ty. This being the identical lot
conveyed to L. C. Bostic by deed
of Mary Ann Murphy, October 19,
1953, and recorded in Deed Book
110, Page 297, in the office of
the Clerk of Court for Laurens
County. For a more detailed de
scription of the said lot, see the
above cited plat and deed which
are incorporated herein by re
ference. ”
