As persons who have received the gifts bf God’s immeas
urable grace and deep love, we Christians are naturally joy
ful at heart. We look to God to thank Him and praise Him at
all times— Our sins are forgiven, and the dark clouds over
our lives are cleared. We are reconciled to God and are
called His children. 'r
Our prayers need not be confined to a certain place—a
quiet room or an office, school, factory, or shop. We can
pray while walking, riding, traveling in an airplane or on a
ship. We keep in intimate contact with the heavenly Father,
no matter whether words are uttered or not.
Getting out of bed in the mornings, we pause to offer to
God our thanks and praise. While working, we communicate
with Him. After a day’s work, be it one of success or fail
ure, we can be thankful; for His will is good. So whatever
happens, we sing praise to Him. *
PRAYER
Our Father, Thou art all glory, all holy, all good
ness, and all beauty. We thank Thee for Thy Son
whose sacrifice of Himself our sins are cleansed.
Help us that we may have thankful hearts to offer
Thee our gratitude; through Jesus Christ, our
Savior. Amen.

turkey
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
% teaspoon nutmeg
Buttered cooked uocslles
In skillet, cook onion in butter
until tender. Add remainin' in
