Nivens of Spartanburg were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Perry on Thursday evening, coming especially to at tend the Band Concert at Clin ton High School of which their granddaughter, Carole, and grandson, Eddie, took part. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Smith and daughter, Mary Helen, spent the weekend in Charleston with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Gene Jones and Mr. Jones, who is a student at the Medical Col lege. Mrs. Fred Scott visited Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Reid in Colum bia during the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Perry Moore spent Sunday with Mrs. Moore’s brother, Rufus Moore, in York.
