be delivered were fulfilled. And she brought forth her first bom son,
wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger because
there was no room for them in the inn.
And there were shepherds m the same district Being m the fields and
keeping watch over their flocks by night. And behold, an angel of the
Lord stood by them and the glory of Goa shone about them and tbdy
feared exceedingly.
And the angel raid unto them.
"Do nos be afraid, for behold, l bring yon good news of great joy
which shall be to all the people, for today, in the town of David, a
Savior has been bom to yon who is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a
sign to yon; you will find an infant wrapped in swaddling clothes and
lying in a manger."
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly
host praising God and saying,
"Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, good will toward
