He will speak on “The Mission of the Church.’' Colonel Fraser, a well known Christian layman who retired aft er spending 23 years in the serv ice, is supplying the Liberty Springs pulpit in the absence of the pastor, the Rev. W. F.- Mitchell, who is preaching in a revival meeting at the West minster Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church of Winston- Salem, N. C. Colone IFraser has also accept ed the invitation of the Mount- ville Presbyterian Church and will speak to that congregation at 10 a.m. Wolter H. Gosnell Is President-Elect Of PC Alumni Am, Walter H. Gosnell of Spartan burg, is the newly named presi dent-elect of the Presbyterian College Alumni Association, it was anounced today. He was chosen by alumni mail ballot in an election to name 1066 officers. Gosnell and those nam ed to serve with him will be of ficially installed at the annual alumni meeting scheduled on Oc tober 10 as part of the Home coming program. Walter Gosnell, superintendent of Arkwright Mill, will succeed Dr. J. Edward Graham, pastor of the Charleston Second Pres byterian Church, who moves up automatically to the presidency.
