MOVE TO CLINTON Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Ed ward Ray, Jr., and little daugh ter Elizabeth Ann who formerly resided in Laurens, will be inter ested to know they have moved to an apartment at 606 South Broad street in the home of Mrs. Clyde F. Smith. Mr. Ray is connected with McGee's Drug Store. Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Blakely spent the week-end in Charles ton with their son and daughter- in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Guy S. Blakely. Their friends Vffl he in terested to know their little dau ghter, Ame, is recovering from a broken leg injury. Mrs. George R. Brockenbrough spent Friday in Greenville with her sisters, Mrs. W. C. Cleve land and Mrs. W. B. Ellis. Miss Mary Louise O'Daniel, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. James O'Daniel of Dublin, Ga., who is a student at Emory University, is spending a few days while on spring holidays with her grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. O’Dan iel. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Line and children of Atlanta, are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cart- ton F. Winn, for a few days. Miss Florence Winn, who teaches in Rome, Ga., was at home for spring holidays Wednesday Sunday of the past week. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Neighbors had with them for the week-end nir daughters. Miss Nancy Neighbors, student at Wluthrop allege, and Mrs. Robert Hoff man of Rock Hill, and Lt. Hoff man, who is stationed at Fort ennidg, Ga. George Blalock, Jr., was at home from the Medical College of South Carolina, Charleston, for the week-end with his parents, Dr. and Mrs. George R. Blalock. Mrs. Judson A. Davis and Mrs. James Macdonald were in Colum- bai on Wednesday of the past week to attend the Antique Fair. Milling Blalock, who attends the University of the South, Sewanee, Tenn., will arrive Saturday to spend ten days spring holidays with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Pond of New Haven, Conn., who were en- route to Florida, were overnight guests on Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Vance. WITH PARENTS Mrs. James Holland and chil dren of Johnson City, Tenn., were here last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Moore, and with her husband’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Holland. He ac companied them here, returning later in the week for the return trip home.
