Clinton's JVs Lose
i To Ware Shoals, 6-0
Clinton High’s junior varsity open
ed its season last Thursday against
Ware Shoals. The Red Imps were
defeated by the score of 6-0. The
score was set up by a 65-yard
reverse early in the second quarter.
Fullback Effie Lewis ran well for
Clinton, while line backer Bruce
Mills was impressive on defense.
The JVs open their home season
against Newberry on the Clinton
High field this afternoon (Thurs
day at 4:30.

Unveil First Feature

' and Mayor Paul Culbertson of Lau
rens. will officiate in unveiling the
art feature recently completed in
Laurens County Memory Gardens.
