gtH'd leadership as-v\e have had in

an assurance that we will continue

It is my opinion that the city man-
1 ager form of government will
strengthen the efforts of our present
administration in their endeavor to
render maximum service amt bene
fits to our residents. It is. also, an
observation of mine that the city
ein,Joyee-etnployer relationship will
1m* enhanced by the fact that va
rious jobs are more secure under
the city manager system. Only rare
ly are municipal jobs endangered by
political differences such as those
occurring during election periods.
Again. Mr. Thomas, I congratu
late you and the Chamber on your
fine accomplishments and 1-wish
you continued success in your honest
and conscientious efforts to make
our city a better place in which to
live.
