For Foundation Work
A collection for the National Foun-
well section near Clinton, is on a trip
to Philmont Scout Ranch, Cimarron,
N<Av Mexico, along with 20 Scouts
and Explorers from this section of
the state.
The delegation toured across seven
states as they headed for the nation
al Scout ranch. Enroute they toured
New Orleans, and other sections of
Louisiana, Houston and San Antonio,
Texas, and the Carlsbad Caverns
in New Mexico.
Arriving at camp, members of the
expedition underwent a preparation
period, after which they hit the trail
at the Clinton-Greenwood American
Legion game at Clinton Mill park,
it was stated yesterday by Legion
officials.
