Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Horne spent
the week-end at the Isle of Palms
with the former’s parents, Mr. and
Mrs. W. G. Home. Billy Horne spent
the week-end at The Citadel.
Mrs. Willis Clayton, of Raleigh,
N. C., is the guest this week of her
sister in-law. Mrs. Pringle Cope
land.
LOSES SISTER
Friends of Mrs. H. M. Young, Sr.,
will regret to learn of the death of
her sister. Mrs. Lester Taylor, of
Columbia, which occurred Friday
following several years of declining
health. Mr. and Mrs. Young and Mt.
and Mrs. Rembert Truluck were in
Columbia Sunday for the funeral
services. Mrs. Truluck is a niece of
Mrs. Taylor.
