a leader's Pow-Wou
The meeting was held at the Clin
ton High School
Charlie Bartles> of Greenwood,

which is to give leader* m the four
counties additional training in all
phase* of Cub Scout work
Attendance at such a meeting is

Workshops and business sessions
occupied the delegates for much of
the time, but entertainment was
furnished by the host clubs of
Charleston, North Charleston, West
Ashley and Fort Sumter. Tours of
Charleston, the beaches, antique
shops, a harbor tuor and other at
tractions were planned for the visi-1
tors.
Delegates attending the conven- j
tion from the Clinton club were:
Mrs. Dan Yarborough, Mrs. Laura
Mae Howard, Mrs. Leila Johnson,
and Mrs. Jim Buzhardt. Miss Mar
garet Blakely, president of the club,
went as a state delegate.
