Mr. Prater Honored H H Prater, principal of Joanna schools, has been elected to serve as vice-president of the Laurens County Education Association for the 1958 59 school term. Miss Hilda Outer Honored Miss Hilda Oxner. bride-elect, was honored at an informal drop-in recently by Miss Ruth Hair and Mrs. J. Kelly Waits at the home of the latter on Blalock Drive. The party rooms were festive with arrangements of spring bloom ing garden variety flowers and the honoree wore a spring woolen white skirt with a jersey candy stripe top Her shoulder corsage of white car nations and a piece of crystal in her chosen pattern were presented by the hostesses.
