Chicken Stew To Be Given
The Girl Scouts and Brownies
will sponsor a chicken stew at the
club house on Friday, March l,\t
5.00 o’clock. Proceeds will go to- 1
ward the camping fee for the sum
mer.

container or $1.00 per quart with
out, and 45c per pint with a con
tainer and 50c without.
Mary Ann Floyd Has Birthday
Little Mary Ann Floyd was en
tertained with a birthday party at
her home on Sims street Saturday
afternoon.
The lovely cake was decorated
in white and blue, holding nine
burning candles. Games w'ere en
joyed by the sixteen classmates
and friends of the honoree. Prizes
went tp Claire Duncan, Betty'Jean
Johnson, Carolyn Anderson, and
Ernest Holt winning two.

Nabors Funeral
The community extends deepest

Furman C. Nabors.

Monday afternoon at Hurricane
