At 6:00 p. m. Mrs. Kate Riddle,
assisted by the teachers of the jun
ior department, entertained her de
partment in the social hall with a
Hallowe’en party. Prizes were
awarded for the tackiest costumes
and Hallowe'en games enjoyed, af
ter which they were served cookies
and soft drinks.
The Intermediate department
was entertained at 7:30 p. m. in the

superintendent, and teachers of the

State Fair

great day for all who went. Before

grounds everyone was assembled in
the Carolina stadium to have a
joint meeting of the JHA’s and the
FFA’s who also had this as their
