we headed into the low descending |
sun. At the appointed time, right on
the minute, our wheels touched the'
runway at Spokane, Washington, a!
whole continent away from where:
we had started after breakfast that I
morning!
Now I'd like to shoot across the
continent on one of those’ pets. They
igo twice as fqst as we did. Then I
' could eat breakfast in Greenville
and the noon meal out there. Yes,
and perchance, come right back and
have supper here at home.
Wonder of wortders, we are liv
ing with! Look at me. I dreamed of
j flying as a kid, merely dreaming.
| Now I do it. I wonder what kids can
dream about now. Maybe flying to

joff than my present flying did to
me as a kid.»
[ And farming too now goes about

jand mules. And doing it better!
My, it’t good to be living now*

In this fryer with its bevel-

expensive cuts of meat cook to
a luscious, tasty tenderness in
their own juices. You save all
their flavorful goodness.
You can use the pan uncov
