Boy Scout Court of Honor
On Monday evening the Laurens
County Boy Scout Court of Honor
was held at the Lydia Baptist church
with Troop 90 as hosts. J. B. Aber
crombie is Scoutmaster of the troop.
Being promoted to second class
Scouts from Troop 90 were the fol
lowing boys: Billy Pace, Robert Bai
ley, Mack Gaffney, Charlie Harris,
George Cato, Kenneth Trammell,
Jimmy Gregory, Eddie Davis and
Billy Harris.
Cecil Davenport was advanced to
first class Scout.
Receiving merit badges were: Ce
cil Davenport, swimming and first
aid, and Ronald Corley, swimming,
first aid, and athletics.
