turned home after a week’s stay with

Biloxi, Miss., are spending some time
with her sister, Mrs. Richard Moore,
and Mr. Moore.
Mrs. H. C. Flyrn left Monday for
Atlanta, Ga., where she w<r make
her home.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Spillers and
Mr. and Mrs. Merrell Harris motored
to Cherryvillo, N. C., Saturday with
Pfc. Earl McCullough, who reported
back for duty after a 10 day fur
lough spent with his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. E. D. McCullough.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Quinton and
son visited in the mountains of North
Carolina recently. /

returned home after a few days’ stay
with her son-in-law and daugaler,
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Trammell.

returned home after spending sev
eral days with Mr. and Mrs. Carl
Landford in Miami, Fla.

Camp Fire Girls Enjoy Camp
A group of 44 Camp r ire members
spent three days at Camp Buckhom
on Parris mountain.
A variety of activities were enjoy
ed by the girls, including crafts, folk
dancing, swimming, ceremonials and
—not to be omitted—an abundance
of good food.
Tuesday evening the gfris who
were awarded beads for required
work during the year conducted a
ceremonial.

This is the third year the Camp
Fire Girls have visted Camp Buck-

said that the money was donated by
