Vegetable Casserole
(Serves 4-6)
4 cups sliced, cooked carrots.
1-2 cup top milk.
4 tablespoons melted buter.
1-2 cup chopped ripe olives.
1-2 cup chopped green sweet
pepper.
1-4 cup chopped onion.
Salt and pepper.
1-3 cup grated Amercian cheese.
Combine carrots, milk, butter,
olives, green pepper, onion, salt
and pepper to taste in a baking
i’dtsh: Sprinkle cheese over top.
; Bake in a hot (400 D.) oven for 10
to 15 minutes or until vegetables
are heated through and cheese is
melted.
