Party Given For New Resident Honoring Mrs. Marvin Gtault, who has recently moved here to make her home, Mrs. Callie Gault was hostess for a party Thursday afternoon at the home of her moth er, Mrs. A. B. Godfrey. Camellias, daffodils, quince and breath-of-spring were effectively used in the living room. Bridge was later enjoyed with Mrs. W. G. King, Jr., winning high score. The hostess was assisted by her mother in serving a salad course with coffee. Mrs. Gault was re membered with a gift. "Idle Moments" Club Met Wednesday Mrs. W. H. Simpson entertained the Idle Moments club at her home on Wednesday afternoon of the past week. Three tables -ware arranged -fon rook and a number of games as well as an informal conversation hour were enjoyed during the af ternoon. Later Mrs. W. Roy Pitts assisted the hostess in serving salad and sweet courses. Mrs. W. T. Baker and Mrs. E. B. Sloan were guests for thl occasion.
