Hock Hill, were week-end guests
of the latter’s parents, Mr. and

Mr. and Mrs. James Tinkler and
children, Jimmy and Jane, of Cliff-
skle, N. C., spent Sunday with Mrs.
Tinkler’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.
R. Knox.
Miss Louise Bultman and Geo.
Bultman of Sumter, spent the
Thanksgiving holidays here with
their sister, Mrs. Raymond Pitts.
Miss Sunie Murphy of Memphis,
Tenn., is visiting her brother, R.
G. Murphy, and Mrs. Murphy. Miss
Carolyn Murphy of Wilmington, N.
C., also spent the week-end with
her parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hazel and
family are occupying the Sessions
residence on Cedar street. Mr.
Hazel is employed at Joanna.
Friends of Mrs. Varina Betsill
will be glad to know she is able
to be out again after an illness and
stay in a Columbia hospital. Vis
