4,500 Hunting
Licenses To County
A total of 193,000 hunting licens
es have been distributed over the
state, including 103,000 county li
censes; 85,000 state licenses, and
5,000 non-resident licenses, ac
cording to Director A. A. Richard
son of the Wildlife Resources De
partment.
Laurens county received 4,500
county licenses selling for $1.10;
2,450 state licenses selling for $3.10,
and 15 non-resident licenses selling
for $15.25.
Additional licenses will be dis
tributed if needed, he said.
