recently from the community, was
guest of honor at a party given m
the Community center by Mrs.
Pauline Black and Mrs. Lois 'Webb.
Games were played, after which

Mrs. lone Wallace directed the
games. Mrs. Roach is now making
her home in Westminster.
Camp Fire Girls Meet
The Aowakiyas roup of Camp
Fire girls met in the community
center Tuesday afternoon for their
regular meeting. In the absence of
the president, Mrs. Wallace pre
sided. Honors were recorded by
the leaders, and Mrs. Lois Webb,
assistant leader, led in several
! games. Three new members were
1 welcomed. Peggy Patterson, Reba
j Paterson and Thelma Dunaway.
Kindergarten To Open
The lone Wallace Kindergarten
will open to the younger set at Ly
dia Monday morning at 9 o’clock.
The Kindergarten is registered
with Lie state organization of Kin
dergartens. Six subjects^ will be
taught, Music Appre^^rflon, Arts
and grafts. Story Telling and Play
Acting, Nature Studv, History and
Recreation. The hours of 9:00
11:30 will be observed and a light
lunch will be served. Children be
