In Tuesday's primary there were 6.657 votes cast, practically the same as two years ago. This means that if we have more than 16,000 people who are qualified to vote that onlv 40 per cent took the trouble to go to the polls. This is a poor record and shows that heavy majority of our people are indifferent to their county govern ment and those who fill the re sponsible offices.
