CASH ON THE BARRELHEAD!
- In pioneer America it took cash to ckxse a business
deal. An inconvenient way, of course, but it certainly
was safe, for with families trekking from here to yon
der credit was an almost impossible thing to check. But
v
now, with our modern banking system* business deals
are made easier and more convenient. A check is enough
to close the biggest, or even the smallest of deals . . .
and then act as legal proof of payment.
