of X-Ray pictures of my back and said I had Spinal Arth

Explorer Advisor Jim Puryear

last week at Camp Old Indian.

Clinton Girls Dofoat Whitmir*
Thursday, July 19, the Clinton
girls softball team defeated the
Whitmire girls by an overwhelm
ing score of 53 to 11. The game
was featured by the hitting of the
entire Clinton team, every girl get
ting at least one hit. Holder was
the leading hitter with 5 hits for 7
times at bat,-.scoring 7 runs. King,
Caughman, Tiny Heaton and Jean
ette Heaton hit home runs. King
and Vincent slammed out three-
base hits. Vincent also had 2 two-
base hits. Caughman and Holder
also had two-base hits. Thomas
and L. Erskine led the Whitmire
hitting, getting 2 hits each.
Barker was the winning pitcher.
The Clinton girls are coached by
Frances and Clark Meadors. The
Whitmire girls are coached by Mr
DuBose.
