W. H. Simpson leave tomorrow for
Biloxi, Miss., where they will visit
the former’s son, Charles Pitts, who
is stationed at Keesler Field. They
will also visit in New Orleans and
other points of interest for several
days while away.
Mrs. Frank Fowler and Mrs. Tom
Cooper have returned from Gads
den, Ala., where they were called
recently due to the illness of their
mother, Mrs. R. S. Kershaw.
Mr. and Mrs. Marion Brown and
children of Lexington, N. C., spent
the week-end with their mothers,
Mrs. L. SI Henderson and Mrs.
George Brown. They were accom-
panied by Mrs. Henderson for a
