cidents totalling 113 took place in
South Carolina during the week
ending May 27th, according to a re
port of the S. C. State Highway De-
i partment. The accidents caused the
death of eight persons, and 54 others
were injured. Drivers licenses sus
pended in connection wit hthe ac-
' cidents numbered 127.

ported from Laurens county, which
was one of the ten counties of the
state to be free of accidents for the
week. Seven drivers licenses were
suspended in Laurens county during
the week.
