CHIROPRACTIC MARCHES ON;
BRINGS HEALTH TO MILLIONS ’
By CCE SCIENCE BUREAU
From all over America come reports of amazing results obtained through the drugless, knife
less healing art—CHIROPRACTIC. Numbered in the millions are the stories of grateful men,
women and children who have been benefitted by this revolutionary healing art which is found
ed on the principle that—“Only Nature Heals!”
For over 50 years Chiropractic has been accomplishing wonderful things. That it has en
dured in the face of all the obstacles placed in its path by conventional healers and powerful
! commercial interests whose drug products have no place in the
Chiropractic picture is, perhaps, the strongest proof of its right
to exist as an independent science and healing art.
CHIROPRACTIC HAS saved untold thousands of individuals
from a premature grave, and it has put millions of people on the
road to health and enabled them to become useful members of
society. It is based on the principle of correcting the cause of
disease in the bddy. It does not employ drugs or medicines as
remedial agencies. In Chiropractic philosophy, disease is only an
effect, and every effect must have a cause within the body itself.
The Chiropractor contends that the cause of disease in the
body is the vertebral subluxation—misalignment of the vertebra
—which creates pressure, or an “impingement” upon nerves, and
interferes with the normal transmission of vital nerve energy.
THE CHIROPRACTIC OBJECTIVE is to locate the exact
place in the spine where nerve pressure exists due to a verte
bral subluxation, and by proper adjustment to release the pres
sure on nerves, and thereby to remove the real cause of disease
in the body.
IN ITS STEADY MARCH of progress, down ..through the ~
years, bringing health, hope and happiness to millions of people.
Chiropractic has become an integral and indispensable part of
the American way of life.
The background of Chiropractic is a trail blazed by pioneers
who dared to brave the wilderness of a new science. The future
of Chiropractic is bright with promise of a happier, healthier
humanity, free from the penalties and pain of unnatural condi
tions in the human body, stemming from a primary cause to be
found in the human spine.

Spine Misplaced
For Attention
If your spine were around in
front where your stomach is. per
haps you would give it more atten
tion and consideration. We are con
siderably like ostriches; we have our
spines where we can’t see them and
we think there is absolutely no dan
ger there. In reality, the spine and
the spinal cord are the most impor
tant organs in the body. Our poor
stomachs are in front and are abused
with an unreasonable amount of at
tention while we neglect our spine
and spinal cord, although they do
more for us behind our backs than
our stomachs do in front.
