Industrial Plants

Columbia, March 15.—A resolution
which would have set for the con- 1
| sideration of the house of represen
tatives last week a bill exempting!

! from a state law was turned down by
a roll call vote last week. The bill
still remains on its regulaiL place on
the house calendar. The bill would
exempt continuous process industrial
plants with rotating work shifts from
a law requiring time and one-half
pay for Sunday work.
