NOTICE!
To^the hundreds of people who came to the Midway
Drive-In Theatre the past Sunday night and were.dis
appointed, we wish to offer the following explanation:
We have temporarily discontinued shows after
church hours on Sunday with the hope that something
will come up in the near future to clarify that much-
debated and very doubtful section of the Code of Laws
under which a very small minority say we are liable.
/ -
We have endeavored to make and keep our theatre
a nice clean place where you and your family can feel
free to come any evening for a couple of hours of re
laxation and harmless pleasure.
The'management will be delighted at any time to
discuss this matter fully with any of you.
In conclusion, we wish to again express our regret
for not having sufficient time to get this information to
you before you came the past Sunday night.
