His lecture includes a demonstra tion of an electrocution, using a modern chair, prison uniforms and other equipment. The lecture em phasizes . the influence of narcotics on crime, a number of statistics on crime in the U. S., and other coun tries will be given. Bigham Miss Plumie Irene Bigham, 36, ied early Sunday morning at the pialock clinic after a brief illness. /She was a native of Chester county, but had made her home in Laurens county for 18 years. She was a daughter of Mrs. Daisy Bigham and the late N. W. Bigham. She was a member of Bailey Memorial Methodist church. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Daisy Morris9n - Bigham; five sisters, Mrs. W. A. Hamilton, Mrs. Ruby Burgess and Mrs. R. E. Camp bell of Clinton; Mrs. R. M^Wingo of Greenville, and Mrs. J. L. Caldwell of Lincolnton, N. C.; four brothers, John N., W. G. Robert and Russell Bigham, all of Clinton. * Funeral services were held Mon day afternoon at 2 o’clock at Bailey Memorial Methodist church with the Rev. John H. Holland officiating. Interment followed in Evergreen cemetery at Chester. The following served as pallbear ers: Robert Whitsel, Ralph Stew art, Frad Campbell, Jim Tinsley, David Glenn and David Word.
