AND
HOME
What’s to be done with the last of
the leftover ham? Grind it fine and
mix with chopped hard-cooked eggs
and a bit of condensed mushroom
soup. This makes fine sandwich
filling.

es of turkey: spread rye bread slic
es with salted butter, top with tur
key or chicken, then with Thousand
island dressing and a couple strips
of bacon.
When you get tired of serving le
mon and tarter sauce with fish, try
some cranberry sauce. It’s good
and colorful, too.
Ever try serving creamed dried
beef over poached eggs on toast for
a nice, hearty breakfast? The folks
will love it!
Chicken hash the second time
around will get votes if you wrap
it in thin griddle cakes and serve
with mushroom or cream sauce.
You’ll like this special kind of
cheeseburger: on a toasted English
muffin place a piece of broiled cub
ed steak which has been well sea
soned with salt and pepper. Top
with a slice of soft American cheese
and broil long enough for the cheese
to bubble.
Next time you make an omelet,

“Relax and quit worrying,
it's just your nerves,” is not
very helpful advice to a ner
vous sirk person. Such indi
viduals need help for they are
really sick and their sickness
DOES HAVE A CAUSE.
\
The problem is one of deep-
seated and constant nervous
tension caused by an irrita
tion of the nerve roots leading
from the spine. Though nothing
may seem wrong organically,
the prooer X-rays and other
tests will reveal this condition,
when an especially trained chi
ropractor makes an examina
tion.
Only when the cause of this
irritation Is ••emoved can a per-
»cn relax and quit worrying.
