Correspondent and Representative Mr. and Mrs. Earl Braswell, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Wooten were visitors in Greenville Saturday. Rev. and Mrs. W. M. Spurlock, formerly of Harrisburg, 111., have returned to Clinton and are residing in the home of Mrs. James Pitfs on East Carolina avenue. Rev. Spur lock has accepted the pastorate of Cross Keys Church of God. A large group of Training Union members attended the “M” night program at at the First church in Laurens Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Ivester and children were visitors in Greenville Saturday. Mrs. J. L. Arnold and Mrs. Oscar Kinard were visitors in Columbia Saturday. Misses Billie Arnold and Betty Anne Campbell accompanied them home for the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Jerold Humphrey of ! were fall flowers with talT fighteo ired tapers.
