it exemplified in a good man. Such
a man walks uprightly, slanders not,
and is incorruptible in all his ways. J
The 24th Psalm was evidently used
on the occasion of bringing the ark
to Jerusalem. It is similar to the
marked by sincerity and truth.

1 believe in a practical application ‘ e
of the Golden Rule, as enunciated r(ni
by the Master Teacher on the hill
sides of Judea nearly two thousand
: years ago.
j Some time ago, having been asked
i to prepare a message for young men
; and young women expressing my
t views as to the hard right versus the
easy wrong. 1 said then—and I would
say today to the young people and
to their elders as well:
"No matter what lies ahead we
must carry on to the best of our
ability, doing out utmost from day
to day, each in our own niche. In
such, times those who are too soft,
who lack the courage and stamina
to strive, slacken effort. Real men
tighten their belts, throw full weight
into the harness of their daily activ
ities, and pull with all their might
and main.
i ‘’Let us choose for ourselves the
hard right. If individuals in suflt-
cient numbers will grid themselves
and play their part as men. our Am
erica will be made safe for its own
people and wiH stand as a beacon
light of hope to this war-torn world."

It is based on the idea that living
life will be a great deter-
indulgence in that which is
harmful to body and soul.
