Luncheon Club Meets
Thursday at 1:30 the Luncheon
club met in the lounge of the recrea
tion center with Mrs. Perry Sumerel,
club president, presiding. The meet
ing was opened by the club theme

The softly-lighted lounge in the

members of the younger set who
were entertained at their first formal
j party Thursday evening.
Hostesses were Frances Wray and
Pat Davenport, and their guests
were members of two patrols of In-
! termediate Girl Scouts and their es
corts.
Dancing and music furnished the
evening’s entertainment., Receiving
in the lounge with the hostesses was
the scout troop leader. Miss Kath
ryn Eichelberger. Punch and indi-
vidual cakes were served from a
daintily appointed table in the dining
room by Mrs. David Satterfield, as-
I sisted by Pat Francis.
