Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Burkhalter an
nounce the marriage of their daugh
ter, Helen, to James M. Wyatt. The
wedding was solemnized June 4.
Club 16 Meets
Club 16 met Tuesday night. Mrs.
Meda Williams, president, presided
and led the devotion from Psalm 23.
In their study of foods, breads
were demonstrated by the members.
Later in the evening cakes and
punch were served.
Men’s Club Entertains
The Men’s club entertained their
wives and friends as special guests at
a fish supper Thursday night. The
tables were decorated with low crys
tal bowls hofding mixed garden
flowers. Covers were laid for firty-
six guests and a committee composed
of Mrs. Daisy Hairston, Mrs. Devola
Hellams, Mrs. Lucille Greene.
