FINAL SETTLEMENT

of May, 1949, I will render a final
account of my acts and doings as
Administrator of the estate of Kate
Tavell in the office of the Judge of
Probate of Laurens County at 2:00
o’clock p.m., and on the same day
will apply for a final discharge from
my trust as Administrator.
Any person indebted to said estate
is notified and required to make pay
ment on or before that date; and all
persons having claims against said
estate will present them on or be
fore said date, duly proven, or be
forever barred.

tist church which has an enrollment ol 107. There were 85 present when
the picture was made, along with one of the young men’s class.
.1 F. McCarthy is the teacher of the class. There were about 20 men
in the class when Mr. McCarthy became the teacher, members of the
class say. He inspires and causes them to return regularly from Sun
day to Sunday.
Officers of the class are: assistant teacher, Otis Murphy; president.
Julian Gardner; vice-president, Marion Boyce; secretary-treasurer, W.
L. Thomas. Rev. James B. Mitchell is pastor of the church.
