I stand for published audits showing the city's financial condition and giving other infor mation to which taxpayers are entitled. I stand for a reduction in water and light rates. I stand for the securing and developing of public play grounds, with playground equipment for all the children of the community. I stand for the erection as Sbon as business conditions per mit of ,a modern City Hall building in which all departments ' of the city's business will be conducted. I stand for public re|t rooms for white and colored. I DO NOT STAND FOR RETURN OF ANY STREET TAX.
