The Tax Books are open for the collection of taxes at the office of the Town Clerk, and will remain open up to and through December 15. A penalty of five (6%) per cent will be added on all- taxes not paid by this date, and an additional ten (10%) per cent shall be added if said taxes and penalties are not paid on or before the 31st day of December, 1942.
