mencement exercises Monday morning in honor of Dr. E. Clay Doyle of Seneca, alumnus of the college and
donor of the building.
The new infirmary, constructed from old Alumni dormitory, is now one of the most attractive buildings on
the campus. Of three-story construction, it contains reception rooms, superintendent’s quarters, wards, private
rooms, a surgical room, kitchen and bachelor quarters.
Dr. S. C. Hays of this city, who had charge of the construction, made the presentation, with the acceptance
in behalf of the college by A. C. Todd of Greenwood, chairman of the board of trustees.
