Leake and Miss Eliza The Laurens Garden club will sponsor a tour of five homes in Lau rens Friday from 3 to 6 and 7 to 9 pm. The homes will be open to the public for the purpose of displaying Christmas decorations. An admission fee of five cents will be charged at each home, the proceeds to go to the Laurens County Department of Pub lic Welfare. The public is invited to see the LeOnind. Plaxico, general chairman of the Christmas Seal campaign, urges that desk drawers and table be searched for impaid Christmas Seals. “Very often these sheets of seals are forgotten or get b^ied in a wel ter of Christmas wrapping paper and are out of sight until the owner thinks it is too late to pay for them,’* the chairman said. “These seals were mailed to resi dents of our community December 2nd. Our local tuberculosis associ ation must draw up its budget for 13 months of work during the coming year.
