The president, ^Ira. lone Wallace, called the meeting to order. Mrs. R. T. Trammell was in charge of the devotional and read the 116th Psalm, s. closing with prayer. “God Bless America” was sung, led by Mrs. Da vid Word, and the salute to the flag was given by Miss Mae, Madden. The roll was called and minutes of the last meeting were read by the secretary, Mrs. T. B. Cranford. 'Miss Madden gave an interesting talk on cRiaenship. Miss Jennie E. Coleman, Hmne Demonstratiem agent of Laurens coimty, was present and gave an interesting talk on “helps” for opr club. _ The topic for the month, “Broiler Production and Dressing Poultry for Maiicet,” Was discussed by Mrs. Joe Terry, local leader. The recreation period was led by Mrs. Word. The hostesses, Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Joe Campbell served refreshments.
