that the operation of such
machine or apparatus shall
be prohibited.
It shall be the duty of the
person in whose places of
business the machines are
operated or located, to see
that thi proper Town license
is attached to the machine
before its operation is com
menced. Failure to do so will
make such persons liable for
the penalties imposed in this
ordinmee.
No machine shall be li
censed under this ordinance
unless such machine shall
bear a permanently attached
identifjdng serial number,
and in making application
for Jicense under this sub-
s^ion ^the applicant shall
specify the manufacturers*
serial number of the ma
chine for which license is
