A Nation Wide
Medium of Payment
A senenttion ago. retatively few persons used checks
in conduct of their business. Today, nearly 95% of
the nation's business is transicied by means of checks.
They are freely used by indiriduals in their personal
financial affairs.
Some of the reasons why such a large percentage of
the nation's business is transacted by check is because
of the features of safety, convenience, economy and ac
curacyAnd to these can be added the value of stimu
lating credit standing and the handling of financial
transactions in a businesslike manner. A checking ac
count here will prove heipful to you in many ways.
