DEPARTMENT ENLARGED
The home economics department
of Clinton high began its 1940
term on August (be direc
tion of Miss Margahei* Webb.
This vocational department has
strive for an enlarged program for
sometime, the object of the program
being to help the girls of the class
throughout the year with their
homemaking problems. The entire
summer program is financed by the
state and federal vocational depart
ments. Half of the expenses for the
remainder of the school year are
pmd by the same departments.
Miss Webb plans to visit each of
the girls in the department this
month and aid thcfn with any of
their homemaking problems with
which they desire assistance. She is
also available to any adult desiring
information or help in her home
making problems.
